The AEGIS 2-Year Extended Warranty applies to all ac induction motors with AEGIS rings installed according to best practices.  It applies whether the motor is new or used, or the ring was installed in the factory or the field.  The manufacturer, Electro Static Technology, guarantees that the motor bearings will not fail from electrical fluting damage.
